A commitment from the Perkins family

For 126 years, the Perkins family has called this land home.

Six generations have worked this ranch, raised families here, and cared for the open spaces that make Chino Valley special.

Like many ranching families across Arizona, we've learned that preserving a ranch for future generations isn't easy. Drought, rising costs, and changing times have forced many family ranches to break apart or disappear altogether.

We don't want that to happen here.

That's why we've spent years searching for a way to keep the ranch intact, protect open space, preserve wildlife habitat, and create opportunities for future generations. We believe the proposed Perkins Ranch Airfield project can help accomplish those goals without turning this land into thousands of homes.

Along the way, we've listened. We've met with neighbors and made changes. We've shared this land with pronghorn, cattle, and open skies for generations, and we intend to keep it that way.

We know not everyone will agree on every detail. We respect that.

But we hope you'll take the time to learn about the vision behind this project and the future we're working toward.
